Here is the transcript of the video: My name is Eric Ramos, with Webweevil.com, that's the name of my business, and I do full service web development and web service solutions. For me the only obstacle, the only thing I had to think about was the financial commitment. You know, what this something that I was going to fit into my budget, which really as I started looking at everything, it was almost a no-brainer. Because the value that I get for it was going to be a good return on the investment for me for sure. I think I was somewhat surprised at the immediate benefits that I received from it. It wasn't like, okay, I had to go through this process to really start seeing benefits, the benefits of it were pretty immediate. And I was happy about that. But it did surprise me because I didn't think that it was going to happen, that the results were going to be that tangible that fast, so that was a good thing that I wasn't expecting. And also how easy it was, how everything was well organized and prepared and I really had no expectations going into it. That was really a positive experience right off the bat. You know the two immediate results I saw were, one, an increase in my own productivity. Just right away, implementing the stuff we were learning, right away I saw my productivity increase, and because of that my income increased, which right away took away a lot of the concern about the finances, about paying for the coaching. And I think number two, is the stress level in my business went down. Where I was, because now I had goals and had a game plan, in a way that hadn't been there before. So, yeah,I think the increase in productivity and the decrease in my stress level when it comes to work, was a dramatic change. I really like the group, like the group that gets together every quarter. Its, just, it's nice to be able to sit down with other business owners. I think that sometimes as business owners we tend to isolate ourselves, maybe not even intentionally, but we're just so focused on our own business, to be able to kind of get together and hear what other people are sharing, even get some advice from other people, and see what they're doing. I really like that. I think that the next thing would be, just how everything is laid out in a plan. Knowing that as we go through the process step by step, at the end of the day, I'll basically have a manual for how my business runs that I can refer to myself, other people can refer to, and it's just, it becomes, I don't have to have everything up here, everything's going to be documented and ready, so this process of going through and putting all those documents together and getting everything ready, that's something that's really , really important. I never really thought about business coaching, and having the expectation of a coach, but I really just enjoy having somebody I can come share in private about what's going on in the business. Because it's, you're not always able to share that much with another business owner, or even your own spouse, or your family or the people that work for you, there's just things you can't share about your business because you've kind of always gotta keep up appearances, you know? So it's nice having a third party that you can go to and kind of spill your guts. And it's not that Glenn's a, Glenn's not a business cheerleader, he's a business coach, so he's not just there cheering us on, it's more, he's there coaching you. If he has to make you take a serious look at what you're doing, then that's what you need to do. So I think that aspect of really having somebody you can talk to, outside of the business, that's impartial to what you're doing, is a huge benefit. Oh absolutely, without a doubt. I remember having conversations years ago with some guy about, "Have you ever done any business coaching," or, "Do you know what that's all about?" And I would always say, "Yeah, I've heard people do it, but I have no idea," and I didn't see the value in it at that point. And, I think...you almost wish everybody would have a business coach when they start their business, but I think there's a certain hubris or, "I did it my own way, I did it myself." But you get to a certain point, what's the proverb? "When the student is ready, the master will appear." So I think, I would definitely, anybody who's struggling in their business, or isn't sure what the next step is, or just isn't enjoying it anymore, you know, absolutely. Because I know that I got to the point where I'm either gonna, I just realized that I'm either gonna just stay here the way I am now, and be frustrated, or I'm gonna shrink my business, or I'm gonna tackle it head on with the help of a business coach. And I just came to that realization. And I think there's a lot of other business people like that. I think you would be naive to not at least explore using a coach if you're struggling in your business.
